BEZDfest 25 – Benefit Festival for people on streets

A full-day cultural festival open to the public as well as people experiencing homelessness. The festival offers concerts, theatre, exhibitions, workshops, discussions, and shared food preparation. The goal is to connect communities and break down prejudice.

• 11:00 – Opening of the festival
• 12:00 – Exhibition opening CONFRONTATION? (artists: Petr Lysáček, Vendula Chalánková, Timo, David David, Daniela Mikulášková, František Petrák, Filip Lang + works of homeless artists)
• 12:00–14:00 – Brno busker showcase (courtyard of Káznice)
• 14:00–15:00 – Band Zbytky sluchu (main stage)
• 15:00–16:00 – Feste Theatre – Help for the Soul (Robotárna)
• 16:00–17:00 – Band Hrozně (main stage)
• 16:00–18:00 – Project Locals for Locals + authors’ readings – testimonies of homeless people (chapel)
• 18:00–19:00 – Memorial service for homeless people who passed away (chapel)
• 19:00–20:00 – Author reading J. H. Krchovský (chapel)
• 20:00–22:00 – Band Narvan (main stage)
• 22:00–… – Band Northern Bards (Robotárna)
